If you do not pass your exam, CertMaster.com will provide a refund, which is 15 days. To claim the guarantee, contact Customer Support with a scanned copy of your failed exam, and we will start the refund process after.
How to Claim the Guarantee
- Contact our Email Customer Support at support@Certmaster.com with a scanned copy of your failed exam score report in PDF format within 7 days of your test date.
- Delete Products: Before claiming the guarantee, delete any downloaded products and destroy all site copies.
Conditions and Exclusions
- Single-User Licenses: This guarantee applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from CertMaster, and will not valid for subscription based purchases.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the same SecureUPU method used for payment during the product purchase.
- Eligibility: The refund claim is valid for any CertMaster end user who fails the corresponding exam within 15 days from the date of purchase. Claims must be submitted within 7 days from the exam failure date.
- Preparation Time: We recommend a study preparation period of at least 7 days with CertMaster study material to ensure a thorough understanding of the exam content.
- Wrong Exam Product Purchase: Claims will not be considered for refund or cancellation associated with a buyer’s wrong exam product purchase, exam attempt before preparation, or lack of exam schedule understanding the product use, and we consider exam failure with the correct product.
- Name Mismatch: The candidate's name must match the CertMaster account holder's name.
- Sample Orders: Orders cannot be made for sample orders or outdated exam product for which updates have already been received.
- Practice Questions: CertMaster does not supply or reimburse for mock, as general preparatory notes, or VCE type basic non-official learning content.
- Preparation Products: This guarantee does not cover Labs Preparation products for any other simulated exams.
